The goal of the Association for the Development of Human Resources and Adult Education is to enable the further development and improvement of the field of human resources and adult education through its synergistic action and to encourage positive and necessary changes in the labour market with future initiatives, as well as to actively listen to the needs of all its stakeholders.

The mission of the Association for the Development of Human Resources and Adult Education aims to strengthen activities of lifelong learning and adult education and to represent, promote and protect common interests before state and other institutions and associations.

Our vision is based on our Five-year plan in which all actions and goals are guided by principles of democracy and openness, feasibility and efficacy, innovation, the principle of development cooperation, professionalism and the principle of ethics and legality.
