In its work, the Association strives for networking and international cooperation with various stakeholders in the domain of adult education. Networking is the key to success in promoting and improving issues of human resources and adult education on several levels, which is why the Association strives to create and strengthen contacts and quality cooperation.
European Union funds provide numerous opportunities for improving the position and development of adult education and at the same time represent a platform for work on strengthening the human resources of each institution. Accordingly, the Association strives for active participation in European projects.
