International cooperation
In its work, the Association strives for networking and international cooperation with various stakeholders in the domain of adult education. Networking is the key to success in promoting and improving issues of human resources and adult education on several levels, which is why the Association strives to create and strengthen contacts and quality cooperation.
European projects
The European Union funds provide numerous opportunities for improving the position and development of adult education and at the same time represent a platform for work on strengthening the human resources of each institution. Accordingly, the Association strives for active participation in European projects.
Erasmus + projects
As part of the Erasmus+ program and its key activities (KA1- Learning Mobility of Individuals, KA2- Cooperation among organisations and institutions, KA3- Support for policy reform), in the implementation period (2021-2027), the Association plans to include and propose several projects according to the key activities for the purpose of internationalization and strengthening the capacity of teaching staff.
All parties that have a stake in a system should be represented in its management.
